- Sidney Town Walk Route "A" (10 km). This mostly flat walk takes in the scenic Seaside Walking Trail as well as residential areas in beautiful Sidney by the Sea. Trail rating is 1B.
- Blue Heron Park Route "B" (5 and 10 km). Both scenic walks connect to the Seaside Walking Trail, while the 10 km walk also passes through Blue Heron Park and Sidney Hospital Island. Trail rating for both routes is 1B.
- Sidney Town Walk Route "C" (5 km). This shorter alternative takes in the Seaside Walking Trail and Tulista Park. Trail rating is 1B.
- Pat Bay Walk Route "E" (6 and 10 km). The 10 km route crosses the Pat Bay Highway to beautiful Patricia Bay Park, then returns to the start point. Trail rating is 1A.The 6 km route does not go all the way to Patricia Bay Park.
- Sidney Airport Route "F" (10 km). This easy walk crosses the Pat Bay Highway to the Victoria Airport Path, then crosses back over the highway to return to the start. Trail rating is 1A.
- Greenglade Park Route "G" (10 km). Cross the Pat Bay Highway to explore residential neighbourhoods around Victoria International Airport, then return to the start via the Victoria Airport Path. Trail rating is 1B.
- Greenglade Park Route "H" (5 km). Cross the Pat Bay Highway to explore residential neighbourhoods around Victoria International Airport, then return to the start via the Victoria Airport Path. Trail rating is 1B.
